Neighbourhood: The area around the Place d'Italie is a typically Parisian
one. There are two particularly sightseeing nearby. The first one is the
Gobelins Street which was built by the king Louis XIV. He also created
the manufacturing of Royal Crown furniture in 1667. Since then, it has
constantly being produced very high quality tapestries. The second interest
is avenue de Choisy, the Paris China town with many Asian restaurants
and products. At a few metro stops, you will discover the Seine River
front with many house boats as well as La Bastille and the Latin Quarter.
There are a variety of restaurants, pubs, movies and other conveniences
shops downstairs the flat.
The nearest metro station is Place d'Italie (Line 5,6,7) as well as bus
line : 67
Premises: this apartment is located on a small and quiet street. It is
located on the third floor of a new building, equipped with an elevator.
A security code and an intercom protect the main entrance.
The entrance door opens onto a little corridor which
leads on the right to the bathroom and straight ahead to the main room
and its opened kitchen.
The main room is decorated in a contemporary style. It is furnished with
a trundle bed (two single size beds), a wooden chest of drawers, a cupboard
containing a combo TV/VCR and its DVD player. There are also built-in
closets. The French window offers access to a small terrace that faces
a courtyard. The terrace has a round bistro table and matching chairs.

a small electric oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a coffee
maker and a kettle. There is also a laundry machine.

and a toilet.

Heat and hot water are both individual and electric.
